1. Acceptance

By loading or playing the Game — in a web browser or as a Discord Activity — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, don't play.

2. Ownership & fan tribute

Peanut Run is an original game and an unofficial, non-commercial fan tribute to the Burnt Peanut Twitch streamer. The game — its design, code, and gameplay — is © 2026 AK & Co. (akilluminati47), all rights reserved.

Its characters and themed art assets are based on and inspired by Burnt Peanut and remain the property of their respective owner; the Game is a fan tribute and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by him. Any other third-party names or trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners.

3. Acceptable use

• Play for fun; don't attempt to break, overload, or disrupt the Game or other players.
• Don't redistribute, sell, or pass the Game off as your own or as official.
• Don't use the Game where it would be illegal to do so.

4. "As is" — no warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features, saved settings, and availability may change or break at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of progress or settings.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued play after a change means you accept it.

2. What's stored on your device

Any preferences or progress the Game keeps are saved in your browser's localStorage, on your own device. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or anyone else. Clearing your browser storage erases it.

3. Playing inside Discord

When launched as a Discord Activity, the Game runs inside Discord's client and its network requests are routed through Discord's proxy. The Game does not request your Discord identity, friends, or messages. Anything handled by Discord itself is governed by Discord's Privacy Policy.

4. Third parties

Fonts, the 3D engine, and all game assets are served from the Game itself; there are no third-party trackers, ad networks, or external analytics.

5. Children

The Game contains cartoon action and is general-audience, but is not specifically directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them.
